| Production and yields: For a top quality, we hold the yields lowlands, approximately 50 Qli /Ha, against the 80/Qli of disciplinary of several DOCG and DOGC (Nobile and Brunello). Much attention to the agronomic part comes classified, trying to obtain, already in vine, a product of optimal quality. The vineyards have been all grassed in order to create a competition between screw and grass thus to reduce the production yields. Towards August it comes also carried out a thinning and a placing of the clusters, whereby needs, always in order to improve the quality. The grape harvest is handmade, already making a selection in vine, with small plastic boxes in order to take the grape integral to the wine cellar, a second one takes place in wine cellar over an appropriate table. |

Since 2007 in collaboration with a small biological company, La Bruciata, we have begun to handle biological grapes and we will offer in 2009 two biological wine lines, IGT,Podere della Bruciata, and DOC, Rosso di Montepulciano.

The company produces 130 liters of Vinsanto for 260 bottles from 1/2 liter too, a much detail and high value product. The Grappa is produced in one of the best distillery of the Tuscany, NANNONI, is distilled in selection with the marc of our grapes. The production will be approximately 1.000/1.200 bottles. Besides the wine and the grappa we produce also an Extra Oil production Vergine di Oliva, for approximately 150/liters, therefore approximately 300 bottles from 1/5 liter. The olive grove is extended for approximately Has 0,50. The rest of lands (has 7,5) is partially forest and partially seminative.
